This is a strategic expansion phase, with a strong focus on building new traffic directions and assembling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current brand perception of Qzino across crypto, iGaming, and betting verticals, including media presence, mentions, sentiment, positioning, and competitive landscape;
  • Develop and implement a full-scale Brand / PR strategy, including key messaging, positioning, tone of voice, communication pillars, PR hypotheses, and priority news angles;
  • Build and manage a systematic media relations function: identify, engage, and maintain relationships with crypto / iGaming / betting media, journalists, editors, PR partners, and industry platforms;
  • Create and distribute high-quality PR materials: press releases, news articles, opinion pieces, expert comments, brand stories, product updates, and partnership announcements;
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, strengthening trust, and attracting target audiences;
  • Organize and support PR activities for events, conferences, partnerships, side events, and brand activations;
  • Manage brand reputation: monitor mentions, analyze sentiment, handle негатив, and lead crisis communication when needed;
  • Establish an ongoing competitive analysis framework: track competitors’ media activity, messaging, positioning, campaigns, strengths, and weaknesses;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMM, BD, Influencer Marketing, and other teams to align коммуникации and amplify marketing initiatives;
  • Maintain PR infrastructure: editorial calendar, media database, outreach tracking, publication status, and reporting in Notion / Sheets / CRM;
  • Deliver initial milestones: brand & competitor audit, 30–60 day PR plan, media database, first PR materials, initial publications, monitoring setup, reporting templates, and a 4–6 week news agenda.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, Brand PR, Communications, or Brand Marketing;
  • Proven experience in crypto, iGaming, betting, gambling, or related digital / fintech / performance industries;
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific audiences, media landscape, trends, risks, and reputational challenges;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing PR strategies for brands, products, or campaigns;
  • Experience working with media: sourcing contacts, outreach, pitching, negotiating placements, and maintaining relationships;
  • Strong PR writing skills: press releases, articles, комментарии, brand messaging, media pitches, FAQs, and official responses;
  • Experience in reputation management: monitoring mentions, sentiment analysis, handling негатив, and crisis communication;
  • Experience organizing or supporting PR for events, conferences, partnerships, and brand activations;
  • Ability to work with PR metrics: media coverage, reach, sentiment, engagement, share of voice, response time, and placement quality;
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and building communication strategies based on market insights;
  • Ability to generate clear hypotheses to improve brand awareness, trust, engagement, and conversion;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, CRM systems, media databases, and monitoring platforms;
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and the connection between PR and business performance;
  • Strong product understanding: value proposition, positioning, key differentiators, and offers;
  • English level B2+ or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Existing media contacts in crypto / iGaming / betting industries;
  • Experience in international PR campaigns and multi-market коммуникации;
  • Experience launching brands or products from scratch;
  • Experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs;
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, KOLs, partners, and event organizers.
