Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing партнерской сети, building strong relationships with affiliates, and driving partner performance within the betting/iGaming vertical.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to partner management.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Developing and scaling the existing affiliate base
Building long-term relationships with affiliates and webmasters
Communicating with partners via Telegram, email, and other channels
Supporting affiliates in resolving operational and performance-related issues
Attracting new affiliates to the partner program
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics (KPI) for each partner
Maintaining reports and performance analytics
Controlling partner payouts and conducting weekly reconciliations
Participating in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and meetups
What We’re Looking For

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
High level of communication and responsiveness
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience working with reports and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Ability to generate ideas and offer creative solutions for partners
Experience in searching for and onboarding new webmasters
Readiness to react quickly to partner requests, including urgent situations
Basic experience in betting, gambling, or affiliate marketing
Experience working with top-tier webmasters will be a plus
English level: Intermediate or higher would be an advantage
