Senior Affiliate Manager (Asia)

We are a fast-growing iGaming company operating across multiple international markets. We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to help us scale affiliate acquisition across Asia and strengthen our position in key GEOs.

In this role, you will work directly with top affiliate partners, launch new growth opportunities, and drive measurable business results through data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners across Asian markets.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
• Analyze traffic quality, profitability, and conversion performance.
• Scale successful partnerships and identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor ROI, CPA, LTV, and other key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Payments, and Retention teams to maximize player value.
• Research market trends and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Affiliate Management experience within iGaming.
• Proven experience working with Asian markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate business models and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Voluum, Binom, Affise, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
