Affiliate Manager (Asia)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team and help expand our affiliate network across Asian markets.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Search for and onboard new affiliates.
• Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance.
• Analyze KPIs including CPA, ROI, conversion rates, and player value.
• Support negotiations and partnership development.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve acquisition performance.
• Prepare reports and provide optimization recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 1.5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and traffic acquisition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.
