Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our affiliate network across Asian markets.

This role is a great fit for someone who has a basic understanding of affiliate marketing or iGaming and wants to develop their skills in partner management, traffic acquisition, and business development within an international company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and reaching out to potential affiliate partners.
• Support the onboarding process and maintain communication with existing affiliates.
• Help monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in managing affiliate offers, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective partner support.
• Maintain partner documentation and update CRM records.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and online traffic sources.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, or other performance marketing industries will be a plus.
• Familiarity with Asian markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
