Recruiter/Talent Sourcer for Data positions

SouthRivers Data is an outsourcing and outstaffing IT company specializing in Data — Data Engineering, Data Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.

We're looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to help us build up our candidate database. This is project-based work, but we're keen to continue the engagement long-term and grow the role into Head of Recruitment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT
• 1+ year filling Data positions
• Experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean search, and X-Ray search
• English — B2 or higher

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing candidates for the company's open positions
• Reviewing resumes and selecting the strongest candidates
• Reformatting candidate resumes into the company template
• Adding candidates to the ATS
• Optional: conducting brief, high-level screening calls to assess applicants

Fully remote. B2B contract, NDA, payment to a sole proprietorship / LLC (ФОП / ТОВ) or equivalent.
