• 1+ years in talent sourcing, proven success cases, and readiness to run candidate interviews;

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

We are a growing U.S.-based trucking and logistics company with approximately 25 drivers and an international remote team.

We need a hands-on coordinator who will execute recruiting from vacancy publication through candidate preparation for management review, while also creating professional recruitment graphics, videos, and presentations without relying on a separate designer.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Operations

• Publish and manage vacancies on Djinni, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other approved platforms.
• Complete all vacancy settings, screening questions, salary fields, locations, schedules, and application instructions.
• Actively source candidates instead of relying only on applications.
• Review résumés, profiles, portfolios, and screening answers.
• Conduct structured initial screening calls in English.

You will not make final hiring decisions, approve compensation, or conduct final management interviews.

AI Content and Recruitment Marketing

The company will provide the job requirements, facts, and main message. You will turn them into finished materials, including:

• LinkedIn and Facebook recruitment posts.
• Professional vacancy graphics.
• Short recruitment videos and reels.
• Presentations and candidate-facing materials.
• Stories, carousels, and reusable vacancy templates.
• Multiple versions of advertisements for different platforms.

You will independently manage layout, image selection, typography, subtitles, branding, platform sizing, and final presentation quality.

This is a core part of the role. We do not plan to hire a separate designer for everyday recruitment materials.

Required Experience

• At least one year of hands-on recruitment coordination, sourcing, recruitment assistance, or recruitment marketing.

We're a UK-registered company. We're placing one of our own engineers — a senior Python/backend and AI specialist — into a remote contract role with a European company, and we need someone to run the outbound half of that search.

It's recruiting in reverse. You're not sourcing candidates for a client. There's one candidate, already strong, and the job is to find and open the companies.

What you'll do

• Build a target list of European companies that are hiring and pass our filter
• Find the decision-maker at each — VP Engineering, CTO, founder — not the careers inbox
• Write to them directly on our behalf and start a conversation
• Work your own network: ex-colleagues now in-house, agency contacts holding briefs that were never posted publicly
• Follow up three times over six weeks. This is where most of the result comes from, and it's the part that usually gets dropped.

Our filter — two conditions

• The role is genuinely fully remote. No on-site days, no hybrid.
• The company will contract with a supplier company rather than hiring the person directly — our UK entity invoices them.

Targets in Europe only, roughly CET ±2 hours. No US.

What this is not

On Djinni you write to candidates who have already signalled they're open. This is the opposite: cold outreach to a VP Engineering who didn't raise a hand, about someone they've never heard of. Reply rates are lower, the copy has to be much better, and the follow-up is what does the work.

What we need from you

• 3+ years in IT recruiting, agency or in-house
• You've worked on backend, ML or AI roles and can hold a technical conversation without a cheat sheet
• A network in European tech you can actually use — this is the main thing we're paying for
• Advanced English. You'll be writing to native and near-native speakers, and copy that reads foreign gets ignored.
• Your own tooling and your own contacts. Nothing sourced through a current employer's ATS or recruiter seat.

How we measure it

Weekly counts, running totals: companies added, conversations started, replies received, follow-ups sent, intros made. We judge on reply rate and intros, not on how many messages went out. Forty well-aimed first messages that get real replies beat four hundred that go nowhere.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter (Headhunter) to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our growing portfolio of iGaming brands. If you have a keen eye for exceptional professionals and a deep understanding of the gambling industry, we want you on our team. You'll be responsible for hunting and acquiring hard-to-find specialists and senior leadership across our iGaming operations. This role requires strategic thinking, extensive networking, and the ability to effectively communicate our vision to the industry's top professionals.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 3+ years of headhunting/executive recruitment experience in iGaming, gambling  industries.
• Deep understanding of iGaming roles and industry specifics (regulatory environment, key positions, required competencies)
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level and hard-to-fill positions
• Extensive network within the gambling industry across multiple markets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close challenging candidates
• Proactive and persistent approach to sourcing - you don't wait for candidates to come to you
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian/Ukrainian (additional languages are a plus)

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Proactively source and headhunt top talent for senior and niche positions (C-level)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates across key markets
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find professionals who aren't actively looking
• Map the competitive landscape and identify key talent at competitor companies

Relationship Building

• Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders and potential candidates
• Attend iGaming conferences and events to network and identify talent
• Build a personal brand as a trusted recruiter in the iGaming space
• Maintain long-term connections with candidates for future opportunities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Conduct in-depth consultations with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation
• Present compelling opportunities and sell the company vision to top candidates

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movements
• Provide insights on hiring challenges and market conditions
• Advise leadership on competitive positioning and talent acquisition strategies
• Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness)

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of recruiting (1.5+ years in this role)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion, tact, and diplomacy are non-negotiable
