Content Creator

At UnderDefense, content is growth channel.

We build cybersecurity solutions (the MAXI AI) for mid-market and enterprise companies in the US and EU. Our buyers are security leaders and practitioners who have zero tolerance for fluff and “marketing speak.”

We are looking for a Content Creator who can understand complex topics, transform existing content into multiple high-performing formats, and distribute it across key channels.
 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in content creation / content marketing / SMM in B2B SaaS or IT environment
• Proven ability to work with different content formats (LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, short-form content, etc)
• Experience in repurposing long-form content (articles, reports) into multiple formats
• Strong practical experience with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT) for content generation, adaptation, and scaling
• Fluent written English with the ability to structure ideas clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences
• Understanding of content performance basics (engagement, reach, content effectiveness)
• Experience working with experts and extracting insights to convert them into clear, structured content
   

Responsibilities:

• Transform in-depth guides, reports (PDFs), and blog articles into multiple content formats across channels (LinkedIn posts, Medium articles, Reddit threads, short-form content, etc)
• Repurpose long-form content into 5–10 content units with different angles, formats, and hooks
• Adapt content tone, structure, and messaging depending on platform and audience
• Produce short-form educational content based on existing materials (product insights, security topics, industry trends)
• Create engaging content formats including posts, threads, and carousels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, SMM, and internal experts to extract key ideas and convert them into platform-ready content
• Actively use AI tools (primarily Claude) to generate, refine, and scale content production
• Ensure content quality and avoid generic, low-value AI-generated output
• Distribute content across key channels (LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit) ensuring consistency and relevance
• Continuously test content formats and improve performance based on engagement and feedback
• Apply basic SEO and content structuring principles where relevant
