CRM / Retention Manager
We're looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention Manager to build and scale player lifecycle communications from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, launching campaigns, testing hypotheses, and directly influencing retention, engagement, and revenue metrics.
What You'll Do
β’ Build and manage CRM processes in Customer.io
β’ Set up segments, events, attributes, automated journeys, and communication flows
β’ Launch and optimize campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App, and other channels
β’ Work closely with the Casino Manager on promotions, offers, and player engagement activities
β’ Develop and improve bonus mechanics and retention initiatives while maintaining promo efficiency
β’ Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM performance
β’ Monitor key retention metrics, identify bottlenecks, and uncover growth opportunities
β’ Improve player lifecycle communications through personalization and data-driven segmentation
What We're Looking For
β’ 3β5+ years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming
β’ Strong hands-on mindset with high ownership and execution skills
β’ Experience building CRM infrastructure and retention processes from scratch
β’ Deep understanding of player segmentation (RFM, behavioral, lifecycle, VIP, anti-abuse)
β’ Strong experience with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms
β’ Practical experience with Email, SMS, Web Push, and In-App communications
β’ Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests
β’ Strong CRM analytics skills and data-driven decision-making approach
β’ Understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, and engagement metrics
β’ Experience with personalization, dynamic content, localization, UTM tracking, and content rules
