Flamingo is building OpenFrame, a platform for managing IT fleets at scale, with AI copilots that actually do the work instead of just suggesting it. We're going after the big incumbents in the MSP space (Kaseya, NinjaOne, Datto) and out to disrupt the whole category. We're early, we move fast, and we want someone as fired up about building this as we are.
Role Overview
We need someone in the trenches every day. You'll own lead generation, pipeline movement, and making sure our content actually reaches the people it's meant for. This is hands-on execution, not strategy decks.
What You'll Do
- Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and Reddit. Build campaigns, manage budgets, test creative, and report on what's working. Pixels and conversion tracking are already wired up, so you're optimizing a running engine
- Own email deliverability and nurture. MSPs run aggressive spam filters (Proofpoint, Mimecast), and getting past them is a real problem. You'll own inbox placement, warm-up, authentication, and nurture sequences that move leads from signup to activation
- Run pipeline operations. Access code distribution, lifecycle stage hygiene in HubSpot, lead routing, and day-to-day plumbing that keeps prospects moving
- Manage outbound infrastructure. Domain reputation, sequencing, LinkedIn automation, and list hygiene to make legitimate email actually arrive
- Build AI agents and automated workflows to do the heavy lifting โ nurture sequences that update themselves as the product ships, Meta and Google Ads connected through MCP so campaign data flows without manual exports
Qualifications
- Real media buying experience across Meta and Google. You can show accounts you've run and numbers you've moved
- Hands-on deliverability work. You've fixed inbox placement and know SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up
- Outbound and LinkedIn experience. You've run sequences, managed sender reputation, and know why a domain gets flagged
- CRM ownership. Hands-on HubSpot experience is what matters most. Salesforce or other major CRM experience is a plus
- AI and automation fluency. You build with AI agents, automate repetitive work, and use tools like MCP integrations to connect platforms into workflows that run themselves
- Bonus: B2B SaaS experience, especially selling to technical buyers like IT or MSPs
