CRM and Promotions Manager (iGaming)

     We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Promotions Manager to join a fast-growing international iGaming project focused on European markets.

     This role is ideal for a CRM professional with strong Smartico experience who enjoys building customer journeys, launching retention and reactivation campaigns, managing promotions and bonus mechanics, and working directly within the CRM platform to drive player engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Onsite and In-App channels.
• Build, optimize and maintain automated customer journeys in Smartico.
• Develop and execute retention, activation and reactivation campaigns.
• Manage promotional activities, bonus configurations and campaign launches.
• Create customer segments based on player behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, VIP, Marketing, Content and Design teams.
• Manage promotional content and campaign visibility across website channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention or Promotions within the iGaming industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Smartico CRM.
• Experience creating and managing customer journeys and automation workflows.
• Experience launching CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels.
• Understanding of player lifecycle management, retention and reactivation strategies.
• Experience with bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Casino and Sportsbook products.
• Experience with loyalty programs and gamification.
• Experience with additional CRM platforms and back-office systems.
• HTML email editing skills.
• Russian language proficiency.
