HR Specialist
Weβre looking for an Internal HR Specialist / Recruiter to join Flexipy OΓ and support hiring, people operations, and day-to-day staff management across our internal team.
This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a remote IT company. You should be able to source candidates, run interviews, support onboarding, and help keep internal HR processes clear and consistent. Experience in IT recruitment is important; readiness to use AI tools in daily HR work is a plus.
Requirements
β 1β3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
β Experience hiring for IT / tech roles (developers, QA, PM, sales, marketing, or similar)
β English level: B2+ (written and spoken)
β Strong communication skills: clear, structured, professional, and human
β Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, and similar channels
β Ability to screen CVs, conduct first interviews, and assess basic role fit
β Basic understanding of remote work, contractors, and IT team structure
β Self-organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple openings at once
β Comfort working with documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and messaging tools
β AI familiarity: Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, or similar tools for job posts, outreach, screening notes, and HR documentation
Responsibilities
β Source candidates for open Flexipy positions across different roles and seniority levels
β Publish and update job posts, review applications, and maintain the candidate pipeline
β Conduct screening calls and interviews; coordinate next steps with hiring managers
β Prepare interview summaries, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations
β Support offer preparation and candidate communication through hiring stages
β Manage internal staff records and basic HR documentation
β Support onboarding: start dates, welcome flow, probation follow-ups, and first-week check-ins
β Help with offboarding and role transitions when needed
β Track open roles, candidates, and hiring status in agreed tools
β Maintain recruitment SOPs, interview templates, and internal HR processes
β Support internal team communication on HR-related topics: schedules, policies, requests, and updates
β Use AI tools to speed up job post drafting, candidate outreach, summaries, and HR admin work
β Help improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency over time
Will Be a Plus
β Experience recruiting for remote teams or outstaff / outsourcing companies
β Experience with Upwork, Djinni, Dou, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
β Basic knowledge of employment / contractor arrangements in Ukraine or Estonia
β Experience supporting performance reviews, probation periods, or internal reporting
β Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Plane, Linear, or similar tools
β Completed courses in HR, recruiting, or people management
β Interest in building HR processes in a growing IT company from the inside
