🌟 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming (Game Operations / Casino Operations)
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (must-have)
• Strong understanding of the casino game lifecycle (adding, testing, activation, updates, archiving)
• Hands-on experience working with game providers and aggregators
• Experience with game integrations and provider communication
• Experience in managing Casino Lobby (categories, providers)
• Understanding of game availability across GEOs, locales, and player segments
• Experience in monitoring game performance and identifying tech issues
• Good communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• English — Intermediate+ (for communication with provider)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage the full game lifecycle (adding, testing, activation, updates, and archiving
• Work closely with game providers and aggregators (communication, issue resolution, integrations)
• Monitor game performance and availability across GEOs and player segments
• Maintain and optimize Casino Lobby (categories, providers, game placement)
• Monitor product stability and escalate technical issues
• Collaborate with Product, Retention and VIP teams
