This is a true hunting role focused on building and expanding affiliate partnerships from scratch. We are looking for proactive professionals who enjoy networking, initiating conversations, and creating new business opportunities rather than managing an existing partner portfolio.
We are currently expanding our Affiliate team and looking for several Affiliate Scouts who will help us identify new partnership opportunities and grow our affiliate network across LATAM, Uzbekistan, and Tier-1 markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, business development, relationship building, and discovering new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners within the iGaming industry.
• Actively source webmasters, SEO affiliates, influencers, streamers, media owners, and other traffic partners.
• Research and explore new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct cold outreach through Telegram, LinkedIn, email, social media, and industry communities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of affiliate contacts.
• Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Support the launch and growth of new affiliate collaborations.
• Contribute to the expansion of the company's affiliate presence across LATAM, Uzbekistan, and Tier-1 GEOs.
• Work with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.
• Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnership pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, or Digital Services.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Telegram, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify potential partners.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the iGaming industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with international markets.
• Knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid business models.
• Spanish, Uzbek, or English language skills.
• Existing network within the affiliate or digital marketing ecosystem.
