About Us

We are an iGaming company with 3+ years of experience and a team of 1,500+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 11+ successful products operating across Tier 1–3 markets. We actively scale new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems and long-term partnerships.

We are now launching and scaling a new Crypto Casino brand focused on Tier 1 markets and are looking for a Brand Manager to own brand strategy, positioning, and communication — helping us build a recognizable and competitive presence in the crypto gambling space.


 

Who We Are Looking For

This is not a pure strategist role and not a performance marketing role. We need someone who understands brand strategy AND is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute. Think startup mentality: agile, hands-on, collaborative.


 

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role — with a clear focus on brand, not performance.
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, fintech, or other highly competitive online industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, influencers, affiliates, CRM, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Excellent storytelling skills — can write compelling briefs for video and creative content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense for design and creatives — knows what looks sharp and on-brand.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to balance brand-building and business goals.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Team player — collaborative, communicative, and willing to help beyond your direct remit.


 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Crypto Casino specifically.
  • Experience launching or scaling new brands from scratch.
  • Understanding of crypto communities, influencers, streamers, and KOL marketing.
  • Experience with Tier 1 markets.
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments.


 

What Will Make You Stand Out

The strongest candidates will come with a portfolio demonstrating real results — not just what they created, but the outcomes it drove. For example:

  • Content or video campaigns that went viral or significantly exceeded benchmarks.
  • Evidence of how brand work influenced acquisition or conversion metrics.
  • Clear demonstration of the creative ideation process — the "why" behind the content, not just the output.
