Head of Media Buying Nutra
Responsibilities
- Launching and scaling advertising campaigns in the Nutra vertical using Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Developing, testing, and optimizing advertising funnels, including creatives, offers, and sales funnels.
- Managing a team of media buyers (recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and development).
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics, including ROI, CPA, CPL, and LTV.
- Managing advertising budgets and ensuring their efficient allocation.
- Building and optimizing internal processes, including reporting systems, KPIs, and operational workflows.
- Identifying new growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and driving campaign scaling.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
- Proven experience in the Nutra vertical with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads traffic sources.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets of $50,000+ per month.
- Deep understanding of unit economics, including ROI, LTV, and CAC.
- Experience building teams and business processes from scratch.
- Strong ownership mindset, systematic thinking, and results-oriented approach.
Important: Candidates without relevant experience in the specified traffic sources and the Nutra vertical will not be considered.
