What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Develop and execute retention strategies to increase player LTV.
• Implement and optimize automated CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.
• Segment user base and conduct A/B tests to drive engagement and retention.
• Analyze key retention metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage bonus strategies and personalized player offers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to align retention efforts with business objectives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
• Experience with Asian markets, particularly Vietnam, is a plus.
