What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase player LTV.
- Implement and optimize automated CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.
- Segment user base and conduct A/B tests to drive engagement and retention.
- Analyze key retention metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage bonus strategies and personalized player offers.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to align retention efforts with business objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Experience with Asian markets, particularly Vietnam, is a plus.
