Performance Creative Strategist (AI-Powered)

    About the role

We're building an AI SaaS product and need a creative who treats design as a growth tool — not a craft project. You'll own the entire creative pipeline: from concept to launch to iteration. Speed, output, and winning metrics define success here.

     What you'll do

• Produce ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit — from banners to video
• Generate and test new angles: hooks, copy hypotheses, messaging variants
• Adapt and scale competitor creatives rapidly
• Collaborate with the growth team on testing cycles and iteration

• Occasionally build landing pages and marketing visuals

   

  Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing creatives
• Solid understanding of CTR, hook rate, and conversion metrics
• Hypothesis-driven thinking — you test before you conclude
• Experience with UGC and short-form video content

• Fast execution mindset — done is better than perfect
