We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist focused on pipeline growth, paid acquisition, and funnel optimization. You’ll work closely with founders and go-to-market teams to run experiments, improve performance, and drive qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own pipeline generation and drive qualified opportunities through the funnel.
• Launch and optimize end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
• Manage paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, Capterra, etc.).
• Improve conversion rates across the entire funnel through testing and experimentation.
• Create compelling messaging, ads, and campaigns that resonate with target customers.
• Build marketing automations and scalable workflows using modern tools, APIs, and AI.
• Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to accelerate growth and improve lead quality.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience running performance marketing or demand generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to think in systems, funnels, and experiments rather than one-off campaigns.
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using modern tools to work smarter and faster.

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technical products.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience building workflows with no-code, low-code, or APIs.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and ABM strategies.
