SMM manager

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious SMM Manager who is passionate about growing communities, building audience engagement, and scaling social media channels through creative and data-driven strategies.

This is not a role for someone who simply publishes content according to a content plan. We're looking for a specialist who takes ownership of growth metrics, experiments with new formats, and knows how to turn social media into a powerful audience acquisition channel.

Responsibilities

Telegram

• Drive channel growth through seeding campaigns, collaborations, and advertising integrations;
• Develop and scale viral content formats;
• Build and grow community engagement through chats, discussions, and polls;
• Collaborate with the content team on content planning, packaging, headlines, and testing;
• Continuously improve engagement metrics, reach, and repost rates.

Instagram

• Develop and execute content strategy;
• Build content pillars and visual direction;
• Focus on Reels as a key growth driver;
• Create engaging Stories and interactive content;
• Collaborate with influencers and industry experts.

TikTok

• Launch and scale short-form video content;
• Develop and test viral content hypotheses;
• Monitor trends and adapt them to the target audience;
• Work with video production independently or through contractors.

Strategy & Analytics

• Build a unified content funnel across social media channels;
• Analyze channel performance and growth metrics;
• Track reach, engagement, subscriber sources, and promotion ROI;
• Work closely with content, design, and management teams;
• Manage promotion budgets effectively.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent organic audience growth;
• Increasing reach and engagement rates;
• Growth in reposts, mentions, and community activity;
• Strong performance of short-form content;
• Successful testing and scaling of new content formats.

Requirements

Must Have

• Practical SMM experience with Telegram and/or Instagram/TikTok;
• Proven growth cases with measurable results ("before → after");
• Understanding of viral content mechanics, Reels, and short-form videos;
• Experience with Telegram advertising, seeding campaigns, and integrations;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, crypto, fintech, gambling, or related industries;
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills;
• Basic skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Figma;
• Experience working with media projects or online communities;
• English sufficient to follow industry trends and content.
