Strong Junior Full Stack Python AI Engineer

We are hiring a Strong Junior Full Stack Python AI Engineer for an international product company operating globally in the consumer and manufacturing domain. The company is building internal digital platforms focused on automation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered workflows used across multiple business units.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to grow in AI-powered product development and work across modern frontend, backend, and LLM-based systems. You will work across the full stack, contributing to Angular frontend components, Python backend services, and AI integrations.

Responsibilities
Develop full stack features using Angular 18+ and Python
Build backend services using Flask
Design and maintain REST APIs
Support WebSocket-based real-time features
Contribute to AI-driven features using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
Work with vector databases (Qdrant or similar) and MongoDB
Use Docker for local development and deployments
Participate in improving system performance and scalability
Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and long-term platform evolution

Requirements
3 years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer
Solid Python knowledge with hands-on experience in Flask
Practical experience with Angular (preferably Angular 18+)
Experience building REST APIs
Basic hands-on experience with LLMs and embeddings (commercial or pet projects)
Experience working with MongoDB
Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant or similar)
Basic Docker knowledge
Strong willingness to learn and grow
English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have
Experience with WebSockets or real-time systems
Exposure to RAG pipelines
Experience with SQL databases
Familiarity with Azure
Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
