We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to join our team.

Project Overview

Join an innovative, AI-enabled services project that aims to replace traditional advertising agencies. The organization is structured around a product-driven engineering team and an in-house performance marketing agency, enabling it to deliver full-cycle value — not just tools, but measurable results.

This is a long-term engagement with a strong focus on impact and ownership.

Engagement Details

• Expected Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
• Working Schedule: Daily team meetings from 10:00 to 11:00 AM PST (some overlap required)

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Heroku
• Frontend: JavaScript
• Databases: SQL / NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Testing: Pytest

   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI
• Solid experience with JavaScript and front-end integration
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with modern CI/CD practices and automated testing
• Proactive communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Key Requirements:
🔹 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field;
🔹 5+ years of experience in software development in a SaaS company;
🔹 Fluent in Python (Django);
🔹 Excellent knowledge and experience with building, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale production systems;
🔹 Experience with writing unit tests and integration tests;
🔹 Experience with Relational DBs (Postgres, MSSQL);
🔹 Experience and familiarity with Cloud Architecture and services;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher;

Will be plus:

🔹 Familiarity with Azure;
🔹 Knowledge of RabbitMQ;
🔹 Knowledge of Celery;
🔹 Knowledge of Redis;
🔹 Knowledge of Excel Add-Ins.

What you will do:

🔹 Take part in developing the backend of the SAAS application;
🔹 Develop and lead end-to-end development of new features and services in a multi-service environment while maintaining high quality and standards;
🔹 Develop scalable web APIs, implement sophisticated business logic, and develop asynchronous services in a data-oriented, scalable application;
🔹 Take part in a multidisciplinary team involving algorithms/frontend/UI/DevOps;
🔹 Play a significant role in the entire development life-cycle, from design to production.
