About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Content Creator to crack the organic algorithms and scale our presence across India and the Philippines. This isn't a role for corporate "creative thinking sessions" or slow-paced branding — this is a fast-track execution job. You will own the content pipeline, test wild hooks, ride live sports trends, and turn millions of views into organic user acquisition.

What You Will Own

• The Content Factory: Monthly video output and flawless posting consistency for your assigned pages.
• Algorithm Conquest: Driving viral reach, audience growth, and killer retention metrics (hook rate, watch-through rate).
• The Funnel: Crafting content that moves users from "Cool video" to "I want to register right now".
• Risk Management: Staying ahead of the game by keeping our channels safe from platform shadowbans.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Create, edit, and publish high-quality vertical short-form videos tailored to Indian and Filipino audiences.
• Ride the Sports Wave: Drop lightning-fast content around massive live events: IPL, NBA, PBA, Champions League, and top trending sports narratives.
• Master the Formats: Execute winning content styles including Match Highlights, Prediction Hooks, Sports Memes/Reacts, Promo Drops, and UGC-style Wins.
• Optimize for Virality: Craft unskippable hooks, clean subtitles, perfect pacing, and use trending audio to beat the algorithm.
• Analyze & Scale: Treat content like a science. Test different captions, sounds, and CTAs, analyze the data, and immediately scale what works.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully grown TikTok, Reels, or Shorts pages before (show us your portfolio or accounts you've worked on!).
• Editing Speed: Quick and dirty editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools — you value speed over Hollywood-level VFX.
• Cultural Context: You get sports culture, internet memes, and localized trends.
• Languages: English is a must. If you speak Hindi/Hinglish or Tagalog/Filipino-English, that is a massive unfair advantage.
• Industry Experience: Background in Sports Media, iGaming, Betting, Affiliate marketing, or running popular meme pages is a huge plus.
• Clutch Performer: Ability to work fast under live-event deadlines and adapt to aggressive publishing schedules.
