Influencer Marketing Manager

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram: algorithms, formats, and trends.
- Ability to write clear and structured briefs and scripts for creators.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CR).
- English β Intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with mobile apps or IT products.
- Experience in the US or Tier-1 markets.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage bloggers, UGC creators, and influencers to promote mobile apps on TikTok and Instagram (global market).
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators: from initial outreach to final content delivery.
- Develop briefs, scripts, and moodboards that effectively communicate the product's value.
- Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and drive improvements based on data.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt them to the promotion strategy.
- Test new content formats and scale the most effective ones.
