Freelance Talent Sourcer/Recruiter for Data Offline

We are SouthRivers Data, an outsourcing and outstaffing IT company specializing in the Data field: Data Engineering, Data Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.

We have a steady stream of open Data vacancies, so we're looking for a remote Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to help out, on a bonus basis.

Bonus structure:

• Junior – $200
• Middle – $400
• Senior – $600

• Lead – $700

   

Data candidates region: Ukraine, Europe + Eurasia

Requirements for the Talent Sourcer/Recruiter:

• 2+ years of experience in IT
• 1+ year of experience filling Data positions
• Experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean Search, X-Ray

• English – B1

   

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and bringing candidates to the company's vacancies
• Reviewing resumes and selecting the most suitable candidates
• Conducting brief, high-level screening calls and assessing potential applicants
• Reformatting candidate resumes into the company template
• Adding candidates to the ATS

Fully remote position. B2B contract, NDA, payment to a sole proprietorship/LLC (ФОП/ТОВ) or any equivalent.
