Strategy & media planning
Build and update performance strategy across Meta and Google. Own media plans with forecasted budget, reach, CPC/CPA, ROMI, and revenue contribution.
Campaign launch & optimisation
Set up, run, and continuously optimise campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Key metrics: CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS, offline revenue, GMB-driven store traffic.
Navigating platform restrictions
Plan and run ads within Meta/Google policies for sensitive categories (cannabis, CBD, wellness). Work with CMO and legal to prevent bans and keep accounts healthy.
Creatives & hypothesis testing
Write briefs for designers, test offer ร segment ร format ร placement combinations, and coordinate with brand and SMM teams.
Analytics & attribution
Configure GA4, pixels, UTMs, QR codes, promo codes, and offline conversions. Report monthly and quarterly on ROMI by channel, cost per store visit, and impact on new vs. repeat visits.
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing / media buying with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven experience with offline businesses โ retail, HoReCa, clinics, fitness, wellness โ where offline revenue matters as much as online leads
- Ability to build and optimise a full funnel โ from impression to store visit and purchase
- Solid hands-on skills: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, basic GTM / event & conversion setup, Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic analytics)
- Comfortable working under platform restrictions โ you don't burn out every time an ad gets rejected
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher (platform interfaces, support, working with English-language creatives and audiences)
