Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who can create ads that people actually watch until the very end and click instantly. You understand the difference between just "beautiful" and "effective" — and you always prioritize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop performance-focused video ads and banners for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Build new creative concepts, delivering several fundamentally different ideas every week.
• Analyze competitors' ads and engineer your own variations that outperform the originals.
• Create UGC-style videos that feel like organic, genuine content rather than traditional ads.
• Integrate AI tools as the core of your workflow, not just as an optional assistant.
• Test, analyze data, iterate, and test again.
• Occasionally assist with landing page designs and pitch materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of performance metrics: You know what CTR, hook rate, ROAS, and scroll-stop rate mean, and how design directly impacts them.
• Proven track record in video advertising: You know exactly how to make the first 2 seconds of a video irresistible.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools for both video and image generation.
• Self-starter mindset: You can conceptualize ideas independently without needing a granular, hand-held brief.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high production volumes.

Technical Stack

Core Stack:

• Video Generation: Runway, Pika, ByteDance Video Tools (Seedream / ModelArk)
• Image Generation: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion
• Video Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• VFX / Character Tools: NanBanana, face swap, lip-sync

As a Plus:

• AI Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID
• Voice AI: ElevenLabs
• Any other tools used for scaling and automating UGC production
