We are looking for a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to lead the creation of high-end short-drama series. This role is for a cinematic powerhouse who understands deep storytelling, blocking, and dramatic structure, but is also ready to embrace Generative AI as their primary production engine.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be digitally native and tech-curious. We need a storyteller who can translate a traditional director’s "eye" into the world of AI-assisted filmmaking, turning scripts into seamless, prestige-quality visuals.

The Role

As the lead creative, you will act as a "one-person studio." You’ll take a project from concept to final master, using AI tools to build worlds, maintain character consistency, and direct virtual "performances." You are the bridge between classic film theory and the future of automated production.

3-5 minute YouTube videos (interviews, mini-docs, event recaps), social cut-downs for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, podcast episodes, and promotional content. Clean, story-driven style - no flashy YouTuber aesthetics. Think documentary-lite with branded intros, lower thirds, and light motion graphics.

What You'll Work With

Multi-cam footage from Nikon ZR, Sony FX6, and DJI Pocket 3. Audio from DJI wireless and Sennheiser lav mics - always clean. We shoot 32-bit float on the Nikon, so levels are forgiving. You'll receive clear creative briefs for every project: story arc, interview selects, must-have moments, and brand references.

Core Skills Required

• Multi-cam editing - syncing and cutting between 2 camera angles
• Color correction - matching Nikon/Sony/DJI cameras to a consistent look per client; DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus

Твоя місія:

• Створення long-form відеоконтенту за допомогою інструментів штучного інтелекту — включаючи статику, відео, аудіо.
• Реалізація і дотримання креативного бачення відеконтенту, щоб фінальний продукт був консистентний
• Дослідження нових AI-інструментів та технік, тестування можливостей і впровадження інноваційних рішень у робочий процес відеопродакшину.
• Оптимізація процесу створення відео: пошук підходів, що дозволяють пришвидшити продакшн без втрати якості.
• За наявності відповідного досвіду — участь у постпродакшні: монтажі, саунд-дизайні, ефектах, підсиленні відеоряду.
   

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для генерації відео, статики, аудіо.
• Досвід роботи в креативній або дизайн сфері
• Розуміння базових правил монтажності, композиції кадру
• Навички промпт інжинірингу

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у класичному відеопродакшені (кіно, серіали, шоу).
• Розуміння драматургії й побудови історії.
• Повний цикл створення AI-відео — від ідеї до фіналу.
• Робота з short drama або створення AI-контенту для TikTok / YouTube.

Як Middle-режисер відео, ти станеш частиною нашої творчої команди, яка працює з найсучаснішими технологіями, активно впроваджує AI-інструменти у виробництво та створює контент, що задає тренди.

Ми шукаємо спеціаліста, який не просто монтує, а відповідає за режисуру відео, динаміку та утримання глядача.

Основні обов’язки:

• Режисура відеоконтенту: побудова структури, темпу та візуальної логіки
• Монтаж відео в Premiere Pro та After Effects на професійному рівні
• Робота з AI-інструментами (Middle та інші) для створення та інтеграції сцен
• Формування ритму, напруги та залученості глядача
• Робота зі звуком та музикою для підсилення драматургії
• Оптимізація відео під YouTube retention та watch time

Вимоги:

• Від 4 років досвіду у відеопродакшені / монтажі
• Досвід роботи з YouTube-контентом або digital-відео
• Розуміння принципів режисури та сторітелінгу
• Впевнене володіння Premiere Pro та After Effects
• Базове або середнє розуміння AI-генерації відео (Middle або аналоги)
• Самостійність у прийнятті рішень та відповідальність за результат

Ми пропонуємо:

• Впевнене користування Blender 
• Розуміння  3D-анімації
