• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or similar)
• Motion graphics ability — animated text, lower thirds, simple animations (After Effects or equivalent)
• Understanding of direct-response ad creative — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
• Ability to follow a creative brief closely while bringing your own polish and craft
• Experience editing short-form content for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Reliable communication and turnaround times
• Portfolio or reel showing short-form ad work or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience with UGC-style ad editing
• Familiarity with Meta Ads performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, hold rate)
• Ability to source and integrate stock footage/music

Compensation

$500–$1,000/month depending on experience and hours. Paid monthly via wire or Wise.

Твоя місія:

• Створення long-form відеоконтенту за допомогою інструментів штучного інтелекту — включаючи статику, відео, аудіо.
• Реалізація і дотримання креативного бачення відеконтенту, щоб фінальний продукт був консистентний
• Дослідження нових AI-інструментів та технік, тестування можливостей і впровадження інноваційних рішень у робочий процес відеопродакшину.
• Оптимізація процесу створення відео: пошук підходів, що дозволяють пришвидшити продакшн без втрати якості.
• За наявності відповідного досвіду — участь у постпродакшні: монтажі, саунд-дизайні, ефектах, підсиленні відеоряду.
   

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для генерації відео, статики, аудіо.
• Досвід роботи в креативній або дизайн сфері
• Розуміння базових правил монтажності, композиції кадру
• Навички промпт інжинірингу

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у класичному відеопродакшені (кіно, серіали, шоу).
• Розуміння драматургії й побудови історії.
• Повний цикл створення AI-відео — від ідеї до фіналу.
• Робота з short drama або створення AI-контенту для TikTok / YouTube.

• навички динамічного монтажу: робота з темпом і ритмом, монтаж під музику, використання тексту, переходів, графічних акцентів та інших сучасних прийомів;
• досвід роботи з motion-дизайном, анімацією, титрами та візуальними ефектами;
• розуміння актуальних трендів у відеоконтенті та вміння адаптувати їх під бренд і цільову аудиторію;
• проактивність, відповідальність, дотримання дедлайнів та бажання покращувати контент, а не лише виконувати ТЗ;
• вміння працювати з брифом, розуміти бізнес-задачу та пропонувати власне бачення її реалізації;
   

Основні обов’язки:

• монтаж рекламних відео для Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn та інших каналів;
• створення Shorts, Reels та інших коротких форматів;
• підготовка відеороликів для конференцій, виставок та спонсорських інтеграцій;
• створення highlight-відео з конференцій, вебінарів та онлайн-подій;

Буде перевагою:

• досвід роботи з B2B-компаніями;
• досвід створення контенту для IT-, SaaS- або digital-продуктів;
• досвід створення відео для конференцій, виставок та бізнес-заходів.

Що для цього тобі знадобиться:

• Досвід від 6 місяців у десктопному відеомонтажі / як Video Creator або Motion Designer.

• Навички монтажу: обрізка відео, прості ефекти, субтитри, кольорокорекція.

• Вміння працювати з Canva, CapCut та AI-інструментами для озвучки й ліпсингу.

• Розуміння, як має виглядати цікавий відеоролик (сюжет, послідовність, логіка).

• Бажання розібратись з AI-інструментами (ми допоможемо 🙂).

• Швидкість у роботі, самоорганізованість і бажання щодня покращувати креативи.

Твої майбутні задачі:

• Створювати прості та зрозумілі відео й банери за готовими брифами.

• Працювати з уже готовими креативами та робити їх нові варіації (змінювати текст, візуал, формат).

• Генерувати відео за допомогою AI-інструментів (озвучка, ліпсинг).

• Підбирати відео під текст і збирати з нього логічний та динамічний ролик.

• Слідкувати за трендами та адаптувати те, що вже добре працює на ринку.
