Responsibilities

  • Search for and onboard new affiliate partners to generate high-quality traffic for iGaming products in the Canadian market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term cooperation and performance optimization.
  • Support partners with campaign setup, including tracking links, postbacks, pixels, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Attend international and regional offline conferences to build partnerships and expand the affiliate network.
  • Communicate daily with partners to optimize traffic quality, performance, and scaling opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs (FTD, CPA, revenue share, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Analyze and calculate ROI for individual partners and overall traffic sources.
  • Work closely with internal teams (media buying, analytics, product) to ensure smooth campaign execution and tracking accuracy.
  • Identify underperforming traffic sources and implement corrective actions or optimization strategies.
  • Continuously scale profitable partnerships while maintaining traffic quality standards for the Canadian market.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior / Team Lead role in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
  • 4+ years of overall experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong experience in the gambling / iGaming industry is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience working with the Canadian market.
  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $100,000.
  • English - B2 level required, Russian - B2 level is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of casino / iGaming economics (LTV, RTP, margins, FTD flow, CPA models).
  • Ability to work with numbers, analytics, and performance calculations with strong mathematical understanding.
