πŸš€ Hi! We are BUKI β€” an international product company building a next-generation education marketplace. Think Airbnb or Uber in EdTech β€” that’s exactly what we do!

🌍 Our platform helps tens of thousands of tutors connect with students, while learners can easily find the best teachers for their needs. We started in 2014, and today BUKI’s main goal is to become the largest educational platform in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

πŸ“š In 2020, we launched BUKI School β€” a dedicated online learning business unit with verified teachers.

🌎 We are also rapidly expanding globally! Our presence already includes Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Kazakhstan β€” and this is just the beginning! πŸš€

We are continuously growing our team and looking for ambitious professionals who are ready to scale with us.

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our influencer strategy in Poland. You'll own the full cycle β€” from sourcing and onboarding local creators to launching integrations, analysing performance, and scaling the channel into a reliable engine for qualified leads and brand growth.

πŸ”₯ What You Will Do:

  • Develop influencer marketing into a primary lead-generation channel for the Polish market.
  • Identify, recruit, and forge lasting partnerships with relevant local creators and bloggers.
  • Launch and manage advertising integrations on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Own campaign performance tracking and prepare regular reports against key metrics.
  • Scale the UGC programme β€” find content creators, test formats, and double down on what works.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, SMM, design, and analytics teams.
  • Build brand awareness through consistent, ongoing creator partnerships.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience working with the Polish market and a solid understanding of its nuances.
  • Polish language proficiency at B1 level or above.
  • Strong knowledge of the creator landscape and how influencer relationships work in practice.
  • Confident in analysing campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Solid command of core marketing metrics: CPL, CAC, ROI, ROMI, lead volume.
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets and analytics tools.
  • Skilled at writing creative briefs and campaign specs, and communicating clearly with partners.
  • Proactive, accountable, and creative in your approach to problem-solving.

🎁 What You’ll Get:

  • Freedom to bring your ideas to life β€” experiment, innovate, and see the real impact of your work.
  • Career growth in an international company with opportunities to expand into new markets.
  • Flexible working schedule β€” we care about results, not micromanagement.
  • Medical insurance.
  • 20 paid working days of vacation.
  • Free 1:1 English lessons.
  • Compensation for courses, lectures, and educational events.
  • Hybrid work format (remote or from our Kyiv office).
