About the role

We’re looking for a Performance Affiliate Specialist who can grow affiliate partnerships and help drive sales through performance marketing channels.

This role is a great fit for someone who understands affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnership management. Experience with Amazon is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do

• Find and onboard new affiliate partners to grow sales on Amazon
• Work with Amazon Attribution and Amazon Associates
• Track affiliate performance metrics and improve results
• Build relationships with partners and support long-term collaboration
• Create incentive programs for affiliate partners
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections and coordinate content production
• Launch and scale influencer partnerships on YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms

• Test new ideas, creatives, and partnership opportunities

   

Who we’re looking for

• Results-oriented and proactive person
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interested in growth, marketing, and performance-driven partnerships
• English level B2+ (written and spoken)

• Experience with Walmart, BestBuy, or Home Depot is a plus

   

Working hours:

Monday - Friday
9:00–18:00 CET (full remote)
