Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Payment Integration Manager who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-load, data-driven solutions used by international partners.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in payment integrations, including PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, e-wallets, and card processing.
  • Hands-on experience with PayAdmit as a payment orchestration platform.
  • Experience configuring payment routing, cascading, and transaction processing logic.
  • Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, decline reasons, and payment performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing payment flows in high-load systems.
  • Ability to analyze key payment performance metrics, including Approval Rate (AR), conversion rates, and payment decline reasons.
  • Experience working with payment dashboards and merchant panels.
  • High level of responsibility, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of cross-functional team collaboration processes and payment workflow statuses.

 

Responsibilities

  • Full technical setup and optimization of Approval Rate (AR) for assigned Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment methods, and geographic regions.
  • Management of payment flows through PayAdmit or an internal administration panel.
  • Design and optimization of payment routing logic to improve transaction approval rates.
  • Configuration and enhancement of cascading, retry, and fallback strategies.
  • Conducting A/B testing of payment scenarios to improve business performance metrics.
  • Monitoring transaction performance, system stability, and key payment KPIs.
  • Analyzing Approval Rate declines and resolving issues at the configuration level.
  • Coordinating the launch of new PSPs, payment methods, currencies, limits, and geographic markets in collaboration with technical teams and external partners.
  • Working closely with Development, Finance, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure uninterrupted operation of the payment infrastructure.
  • Acting as the technical owner of payment orchestration processes within the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Experience working with European markets.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and integration requirements.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with payment service providers.
  • Experience coordinating integrations of new PSPs and payment methods.
  • Understanding of payment orchestration principles and payment route optimization in international markets.
