🎯 Role Overview:
As a Payment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, and maintenance of payment providers across global markets. We are looking for a Treasury & Financial Operations Manager to join the Entravel team. You will manage day-to-day treasury operations, payments, and bank relationships, while also handling intragroup payment calculations, working capital monitoring, and counterparty risk tracking across our group entities. You will work closely with the CFO and external financial partners to optimize cash management and improve financial processes supporting our global hotel booking platform.

Core responsibilities

1. Treasury management

• Act as point of contact for financial institutions on incoming transfer matters (e.g. Revolut forms and related administration);

2. Intragroup payments and calculations

• Manage and calculate intragroup/intercompany payments across group entities;

Ключові обов’язки:

Управління платіжною інфраструктурою

• Забезпечувати стабільну роботу платіжної інфраструктури та підтримувати високу якість процесингу платежів
• Працювати з платформою для оркестрації платежів та забезпечувати її ефективне налаштування
• Керувати впровадженням нових платіжних методів, провайдерів і платіжних конфігурацій

Робота з платіжними провайдерами

• Будувати та підтримувати ефективну взаємодію з платіжними провайдерами, банками та іншими вендорами
• Координувати вирішення операційних питань, інцидентів та проблем із процесингом
• Ініціювати та супроводжувати зміни, спрямовані на покращення платіжної ефективності
• Контролювати якість роботи провайдерів та аналізувати їхню ефективність

Оптимізація платіжної ефективності

• Аналізувати acceptance rate та основні причини відхилення платежів
• Виявляти можливості для підвищення платіжної конверсії та впроваджувати відповідні покращення
• Аналізувати ефективність retry-логіки та оптимізувати стратегії повторних списань
• Моніторити ключові платіжні метрики та забезпечувати їхню стабільність

Робота з білінгом та рекурентними платежами

• Адмініструвати та підтримувати білінг-систему
• Забезпечувати коректну роботу рекурентних платежів, підписок та процесів списання
• Аналізувати вплив змін у білінгу на платіжну ефективність та користувацький досвід

Data-driven підтримка рішень

• Аналізувати платіжні дані та формувати рекомендації щодо покращення процесів
• Готувати регулярну звітність щодо ключових payment KPI
• Співпрацювати з Product, Finance, Risk та Engineering командами для реалізації платіжних ініціатив

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатися до нас?

• 3+ роки досвіду у сфері Payment Operations, Payments Management або Billing Operations
• Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу онлайн-платежів, карткового процесингу та білінгових систем
• Практичний досвід роботи з платформами для оркестрації платежів (досвід роботи із Solidgate буде перевагою)
• Досвід налаштування payment routing та розуміння стратегій маршрутизації платежів
• Досвід прямої взаємодії з платіжними провайдерами та вирішення операційних питань, пов’язаних із платежами
• Досвід оптимізації платіжної конверсії та підвищення acceptance rate
• Практичний досвід роботи з рекурентними платежами та subscription-моделями
• Розуміння ключових платіжних метрик, зокрема acceptance rate, decline rate та retry logic
• Аналітичне мислення та вміння приймати рішення на основі даних
• Впевнене володіння Excel; знання SQL буде перевагою

Ця роль — операційний хребет системи управління холдингом. Ти будеш єдиною точкою відповідальності за те, щоб борди працювали як інструмент стратегічних рішень, а не як театр звітності. Твоє завдання — зробити процеси бордів стандартизованими, прозорими та ефективними для всіх портфельних компаній.
 

Твої задачі:
 

• Координувати підготовку квартальних бордів усіх портфельних компаній: дедлайни, формати, пре-скрінінг матеріалів;
• Рецензувати борд-декки до того, як вони потрапляють до CEO холдингу — повертати на доопрацювання, якщо не відповідають стандарту;
• Формувати адженду кожного борду разом із COO холдингу;
• Вести фолоуап після борду: фіксувати рішення, власників, дедлайни;
• Будувати та підтримувати трекінг-систему виконання рішень із видимістю для топ-менеджменту;
• Підтримувати єдині стандарти документації та звітності по всьому портфелю.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• 4+ роки досвіду в ролях Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager (Strategy & Operations), Investment Manager/Analyst у tech/SaaS/PE середовищі;
• Досвід підготовки та координації стратегічних матеріалів для борду/інвесторів/ інвестиційного комітету або топкерівництва — обов’язково.
• Досвід аналізу інвестиційної привабливості бізнесів / проєктів.
• Впевнене читання фінансових звітів (P&L, cash flow, unit economics);
• Досвід управління процесами в multi-stakeholder середовищі;
• Критичне мислення та здатність давати зворотний зв’язок керівникам бізнесів;
• Англійська B2+.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у PE/VC-портфельних структурах або консалтингу (MBB, Big4 Strategy);
