Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

• Менеджмент рутингу платежів та налаштування екваєрів у них
• Робота з ризик метриками, валідація рішень з аналітикою
• Проведення A/B тестувань та їх аналіз
• Підключення нових екваєрів та моніторинг їх метрик
• Відповідальність за ключові метрики в своїй зоні: Conversions, Approval Rates, VAMP, Chargeback Rates
• Координація своїх дій з командами: Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product

Що для нас важливо:

• Досвіду в ІТ, Big4, FMCG на позиції Analyst, Operations, або дотичних
• Розуміння як працювати з великими масивами даних в BigQuery SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets
• Розуміння базових продуктових метрик та Unit-економіки
• Знання як треба (і не треба) проводити A/B тести
• Вміння чітко та структуровано викладати інформацію як в задачах, так і в комунікації
• Вміння вести проекти під ключ, менеджерити очікування, брати відповідальність
• Володіння англійською на рівні від Intermediate

Буде перевагою:

• Успішні освітні досягнення в рамках шкіл SKELAR або Genesis
• Досвід роботи в домені платежів

Ми шукаємо саме тебе,якщо ти маєш:

- Досвід роботи у сфері Affiliate marketing від 1 року

- Досвід роботи в Crypto (бажано на Network)

- Розуміння ключових показників трафіку (CR, EPC,ROI)

- Знання та розуміння різних джерел трафіку
- Знання англійської мови від В1

- Розуміння ринку партнерського маркетингу

- Вміння працювати у режимі багатозначності

- Аналітичний склад розуму

- Наявність власної бази партнерів

Обов'язки:

- Займатися закупкою трафіка

- Домовлятися з партнерами про індивідуальні умови

- Будувати та розвивати довгострокові відносини з реклами та партнерами

- Підключати та розміщувати нові оффери в систему

- Аналізувати ринок, тренди, трафік (актуальні новини ринку, ТОПові оффери)

- Контролювати ключові показники трафіку (AR, CR, EPC, EPL, ROI)

- Займатись моніторингом конкурентів
