Meta Ads Specialist

We are a digital agency specializing in performance marketing for e-commerce and service-based businesses. We work with clients who need real results: sales, leads, and scaling. We are looking for a paid social specialist who wants to grow with us.
 

Responsibilities

Launch and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok Ads for agency clients.

Test audiences, creatives, placements, and offers.

Analyze campaign performance, draw conclusions, and optimize based on data.

Work with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API.

Prepare short reports for clients and the team.

Manage several projects at the same time across e-commerce, services, and lead generation niches.
 

What we expect from you

At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. A portfolio or case studies are required.

Understanding of sales funnels: from the first touchpoint to conversion.

Ability to work with Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager.

Experience setting up Meta Pixel and events, both standard and custom.

Basic understanding of unit economics: CPA, ROAS, LTV.

Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it.

Independence, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.

Willingness to work in a team and communicate with clients.
 

Nice to have

Experience working in an agency.

Copywriting skills for ad texts.

Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.

Basic creative skills: Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

Knowledge of Google Ads.
