Right now, we're opening a Junior Media Buyer role under the direct mentorship of our Head of Unit. This is a technical execution role — you'll be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns side by side with a senior who's been there. Strategy and client calls stay with the Head of Unit. Your job is to learn the craft fast, ship clean work, and ask good questions.

What you'll be doing:
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce stores, starting with 1-2 accounts under your Head of Unit's supervision, growing to 3-4 as you ramp up.
- Run creative testing — set up ad sets, structure experiments, read results, and suggest the next iteration.
- Work daily with our Design and AI team to brief creatives and ship them into campaigns.
- Pull and structure performance data so your Head of Unit can make strategic calls on the client.
- Learn unit economics, CAC, LTV, and BE ROAS on real accounts — not theory.
- Ask questions early, not after the budget is burned.
Who we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads — 6-12 months on real accounts, or strong personal/freelance projects you can show in detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce. Shopify experience is a strong plus.
- Working English, written and spoken. You won't run client calls solo, but you'll read briefs, write reports, and discuss campaigns with the team in English.
- Data-first thinking. You read numbers before you read opinions.
- You actively use AI in your daily workflow.
- Hungry for feedback. You want someone to tell you what you did wrong so you fix it the next day, not the next quarter.
- Reliable execution. You ship what you said you'd ship, on time, clean.
