Hey 👋, I’m Roma, co-founder of UM | Shopify Marketing Agency, which helps e-commerce brands scale through data-driven performance marketing, customer retention, and high-converting creative strategy. 

We work with Shopify stores worldwide that make $100k-$300k/month in revenue, managing daily ad budgets from $100 to $1,000+.

Since 2020, my co-founder and I have been building an agency driven by passion, care for businesses, integrity with people, and a deep commitment to justice.

Now we’re looking for a Media Buyer who’s not afraid of hard work, loves e-commerce, and wants to take their skills to the next level.

• Salary starts at $1,500/month during the adaptation period, then switches to a revenue-share model based on the projects you manage (avg. $1,500—$3,000).

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and scale Meta Ads / Google Ads for e-commerce projects — starting with 2−3 accounts during your first 30 days, growing to 6−8 as you ramp up.
• Work closely with our Head of Unit and Design / AI team to build performance-driven creative systems.
• Communicate directly with clients, translating their goals into growth strategies.
• Analyze data, track performance, and optimize based on unit economics, CAC, LTV, and BE ROAS.
• Push creative angles, test hypotheses, and bring new ideas to the table.
• Work systematically, testing and scaling what moves the needle.
• Take responsibility for results, not just execution.

Who we’re looking for:

• Hands-on e-commerce experience with at least 1 year in Meta Ads / Google Ads.
• Experience with Western markets (US, EU, UK).
• Strong skills in creative strategy, unit economics, and client communication.
• You can communicate with clients directly in English (both written and spoken) and confidently explain your decisions and results.
• A data-first mindset. You see patterns, understand cause-and-effect relationships, and make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
• You’re a team player, ready to learn from others, share your knowledge, and grow with the company.

And most importantly: you own your accounts end-to-end, you raise problems before they become emergencies, and you don’t blame the design team when CTR drops. Responsibility and creativity are non-negotiable in our culture.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Strong Junior / Middle Email Marketing Specialist who’s hungry to grow. You’ll join our new Retention Team, working side by side with a senior expert as your mentor.

From day one, you’ll get your hands on real Shopify projects and build your skills in:

• Designing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
• Writing copy that converts (and looks good)
• Setting up pop-ups and lead captures
• Using data to analyze performance and improve results

This is a long-term, in-house role — not project-based freelance.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience with Klaviyo (flows + campaigns).
• Hunger to learn, open to feedback, and the drive to constantly push your skills forward
• Solid copywriting skills for e-commerce emails.
• Experience with pop-up setup.
• A strong e-commerce background, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports.
• A data-driven mindset — you see patterns, understand cause-and-effect, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.

 Чим ти будеш займатися:

• Налаштовувати, оптимізувати та масштабувати Meta Ads / Google Ads для e-commerce проєктів (старт із 2-3 акаунтів у перші 30 днів, згодом — розширення до 6-8).
• Тісно співпрацювати з Head of Unit та нашою Design/AI-командою для створення перформанс-креативів.
• Прямо комунікувати з клієнтами (англійською): презентувати стратегії, захищати результати та перетворювати цілі бізнесу в конкретні кроки.
• Аналізувати дані та оптимізувати кампанії на основі юніт-економіки, CAC, LTV та BE ROAS.
• Тестувати нові креативні підходи, гіпотези та кути подачі.
• Брати повну відповідальність за результат акаунтів, а не просто "клікати на кнопки".

 Кого ми шукаємо (Вимоги):

• Мінімум 1 рік hands-on досвіду в Meta Ads / Google Ads виключно в ніші e-commerce.
• Обов'язковий досвід роботи з ринками US, EU, UK.
• Англійська мова на рівні В2+ (письмова та розмовна) — ти маєш впевнено і аргументовано спілкуватися з іноземними клієнтами.
• Глибоке розуміння креативних стратегій та юніт-економіки e-com проєктів.
• Data-first mindset: рішення приймаються на основі цифр та взаємозв'язків, а не інтуїції.
• Проактивність: ти помічаєш і підсвічуєш проблеми до того, як вони перетворяться на факап, і не звинувачуєш дизайнерів, якщо впав CTR.
