SMM Specialist TikTok / YouTube / Instagram Company

About Us Quanta Tech Systems is an international technology company expanding its global presence. We're looking for a creative and data-driven SMM Specialist to grow our brand across three key platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram exclusively
• Create scripts, Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, and carousel posts
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent posting
• Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, views, follower growth) and optimize accordingly
• Collaborate with designers/videographers or produce content independently
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats on each platform

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Solid understanding of each platform's algorithm and best practices
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable results (audience growth, engagement, or conversions)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• English at Intermediate level or above
• Must be open to relocation to Madrid (Spain) or New York (USA)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in tech, fintech, or crypto projects
• Spanish or other language skills
