SMM Specialist (AI Content Focus)

We are looking for a creative SMM Specialist with strong AI-tool skills to create engaging short-form content, manage social media platforms, and produce modern AI-driven creatives for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing social media accounts

• Creating viral content ideas, hooks, storytelling, and trend-based creatives

• Producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

• Creating advertising creatives and performance-focused content

• Using AI tools to speed up and optimize content production

• Adapting content for different platforms, formats, and target audiences

• Basic content publishing, scheduling, and visual formatting

• Researching trends, references, competitors, and viral formats

Requirements:

• Experience as an SMM Specialist / Content Creator

• Experience working with established brands, large companies, or high-growth digital products

• Strong understanding of modern social media trends and short-form content

• Experience with AI tools for content creation is required:

— ChatGPT
— Runway
— Kling
— HeyGen
— ElevenLabs
— Midjourney
— Other AI tools

• Basic video editing skills will be a strong advantage:
CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve

• Understanding of audience retention, hooks, engagement, and content strategy

• Ability to independently generate content ideas and follow trends

Portfolio is required

Nice to Have:

• Motion design skills

• Experience with performance marketing creatives

• Experience working with brands or digital products

• Understanding of TikTok / Instagram algorithms
