Media Buyer Team Lead (Nutra, Facebook)

Montepro is expanding its performance marketing team and looking for an experienced Media Buyer Team Lead who knows how to turn traffic, creatives, and budgets into scalable profit.

We work with Nutra offers in Tier 1/Tier 2 GEOs and are focused on building a strong infrastructure, fast testing processes, and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

— Build, manage, and grow a team of Media Buyers;
— Develop and improve the media buying infrastructure together with Tech, Design, and Farm departments;
— Research, test, and scale profitable ad funnels and creatives;
— Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook Ads campaigns in the Nutra vertical;
— Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
— Plan traffic acquisition strategy, testing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs; — Proven experience managing and scaling advertising budgets of $10K—30K daily in performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements

— 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer;
— Proven expertise in Nutra or Crypto verticals;
— Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads;
— Experience managing teams: hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation;
— Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and define requirements for Tech / Design / Farm teams;
— Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics.

Will Be a Plus

— Experience working with Tier 1 GEOs;
— Deep understanding of CPA marketing processes and scaling strategies;
— Experience building internal workflows and infrastructure.
