Chief Marketing Officer
We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of
1300+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 10+ successful projects operating across
Tier 1–3 markets.
As we continue scaling and launching new products, we are looking for a strong,
strategic CMO who will take full ownership of marketing for one of our key GEOs -
including both acquisition and brand development.
This role is about building a scalable, profitable, and sustainable growth engine,
covering all traffic channels and shaping the long-term marketing vision of the
product.
We provide full support, strong infrastructure, and all the resources needed to deliver
results and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
●
Own and drive full-cycle marketing for a GEO: acquisition + brand
●
Build and scale the entire marketing function from scratch: strategy, structure,
processes, and team
●
Manage and grow all key channels: Paid Social (FB, TikTok), Google Ads /
UAC, SEO (brand / non-brand), ASO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Affiliate
networks
●
Develop and execute both performance and brand strategies
●
Ensure high-quality traffic using BI tools, fraud detection, and performance
analytics
●
Build and scale affiliate programs and strategic partnerships
●
Collaborate closely with product teams (landings, funnels, A/B testing,
localization)
●
Own budgeting and financial planning: manage $500K+ monthly budgets,
optimize channel mix, track ROI / CPA / ARPU
●
Analyze user journeys (CJM), identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion &
retention
●
Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional marketing teams
What Experience Matters to Us
●
5+ years in iGaming / gambling / betting marketing
●
3+ years in a leadership role (CMO / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth)
●
Proven experience managing both acquisition and brand marketing
●
Deep understanding of performance metrics: FTD%, ARPU, L TV, ROI
●
Hands-on experience with all major channels: Paid Social, Google, SEO / ASO,
Influencers, Affiliates
●
Strong partner management and deal optimization skills
●
Confident managing $500K+ budgets and scaling to 10K+ FTDs
●
Strong analytical mindset, BI tools experience, and media planning
●
Understanding of unit economics, CJM, and funnel optimization●
Knowledge of compliance and marketing specifics in regulated / emerging
markets
