Fractional CMO (iGaming)

We are seeking a highly experienced Fractional CMO to provide strategic leadership and direction for our B2C iGaming brands on a part-time/retainer basis. In this role, you will act as the architect of our global marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth.

This is a senior advisory and leadership role. You will not be bogged down in daily micro-management; instead, you will focus on high-level strategy, auditing performance, mentoring our in-house marketing leads, and ensuring our marketing investments yield maximum ROI across all touchpoints.

 

  • Develop and blueprint a comprehensive, global marketing strategy tailored to our iGaming portfolio (online casino, sports betting).
  • Architect go-to-market strategies for launching new verticals and expanding into new GEOs, backed by deep market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead high-level brand-building initiatives in highly competitive and regulated markets. Identify opportunities for sponsorships, media partnerships, and C-level influencer collaborations.
  • Lead high-level planning and structuring of traffic and marketing budgets (monthly/annually) to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Audit and advise on traffic purchasing strategies across various channels, ensuring optimal allocation of user acquisition budgets.
  • Monitor, audit, and optimize iGaming-specific core metrics (CPA, ARPU, LTV, churn rate, retention %, deposit-to-registration conversion, ROI by channel).
  • Design the architecture for an optimized Affiliate & Partnership Program to ensure a steady inflow of high-quality traffic.
  • Advise on the design and optimization of processes for attracting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier partners.
  • Set high-level goals, establish KPIs, provide strategic frameworks, and audit team performance.
  • Collaborate strategically with Product and CRM leads to map out personalized player journeys and loyalty programs that drive retention and reactivation.
  • Present marketing performance overviews, actionable insights, and strategy updates to the CEO, board of directors, and investors.
  • Ensure the overarching marketing strategy remains compliant with local gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
