They are specifically looking for Senior Media Buyers with proven experience in the gambling vertical. The key requirement is the ability to scale campaigns and consistently generate profit at high volumes.

Candidates from Ukraine and Russian-speaking specialists (excluding Russia) are considered.

• Senior level (independent campaign management)

• Strong understanding of managing large budgets and scaling campaigns

Senior Media Buyer

• Average monthly PnL: $50,000+
• Experience: 3+ years in iGaming
• Additional: Proven experience scaling campaigns and finding new profitable bundles/offers

2. Required Professional Competencies

Candidates must have the following skills and knowledge:

• Understanding of current iGaming and performance marketing trends
• Ability to create clear technical tasks for:
• Designers
• UGC content creators
• Hands-on experience launching and managing ad campaigns independently (including Keitaro/Binom or similar trackers)
• Confident use of pre-landing tools (PWA/apps) without constant involvement from technical specialists
• Strong understanding of key metrics and analytics, including:
• uEPC
• Funnel conversion rates
• Basic and advanced Facebook Ads/tracker metrics
• Understanding of cloaking principles and ability to set it up independently
• Experience managing multi-channel traffic flows:
• Distribution between iOS/Android
• Proper user routing
• Ability to explain decision-making logic during interviews

Additional for Senior level:

• Deep market analysis
• Independent sourcing, testing, and scaling of new offers and bundles
