We are looking for an AI-driven SMM specialist who understands modern content distribution, social media growth, and viral mechanics across multiple platforms.

This role focuses on AI-assisted content creation, publishing, experimentation, and audience growth.

💡 Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms
• Generate content ideas, hooks, captions, and short-form scripts using AI tools
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining native tone and format
• Monitor trends, competitors, and viral content patterns
• Test content hypotheses and scale high-performing formats
• Manage and grow Telegram channels and communities
• Use AI and automation tools to speed up content production workflows

• Track content performance and optimize strategy based on analytics

🤖 Requirements

• Experience in SMM, content marketing, or content growth
• Experience using AI tools for content generation and workflows
• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement mechanics
• Ability to create strong hooks and viral-oriented content
• Fast execution and experimentation mindset

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
