Content Manager (Copywrite/CMS)

We are launching a new Tier-1 product and are looking for a strong Content Manager who will build a stable system for managing content, bonuses, and user communications within the product.

This role is focused on quality control, fast task execution, and ensuring the correct operation of website content. We need someone who can take full ownership of the product’s content layer — from bonuses and promo materials to CRM communications and localization.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support and develop the product’s content operations
  • Upload and update website content (pages, banners, promo blocks)
  • Configure bonuses in the admin panel according to predefined requirements
  • Check the correctness of bonus setups and content display
  • Manage showcases, game categories, and content visibility
  • Control localization and GEO adaptation
  • Ensure proper content display on desktop and mobile devices
  • Identify and fix website errors and inconsistencies
  • Prepare text content for the website, bonuses, promo pages, and user notifications
  • Work with CRM content for email, push, and in-app communications
  • Maintain актуальность of content, bonus sections, and promo materials
  • Perform basic work with page structure, headings, and SEO texts
  • Create translation tasks and coordinate localization processes
  • Work with freelance/local copywriters and AI tools for content creation and adaptation
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, Design, and Marketing teams

 

What You Will Need to Accomplish in the First Months

 

  • Understand the product structure, admin panel, and content workflows
  • Take ownership of content and bonus placement on the website
  • Verify the correct display of pages, promo blocks, and bonuses
  • Build a clear and efficient content update and communication process between teams
  • Audit localization and GEO adaptation
  • Identify and fix major content issues and inaccuracies
  • Establish workflows with translators, copywriters, and contractors
  • Prepare and launch the first promo and CRM materials

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager / CMS Manager
  • Experience in iGaming / online casino will be a strong advantage
  • Experience working with CMS and admin panels
  • Experience with content publishing and bonus configuration
  • Experience with localization and translations is a plus
  • Experience with CRM content and promo materials is preferred
  • Understanding of web page structure and user-facing content
  • Basic understanding of SEO and page structure
  • Experience working with texts, translations, and copywriters
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast and responsible execution
  • Ability to organize and manage processes independently
