Senior Affiliate Manager

We are a fast‑growing iGaming startup seeking a strong Affiliate Manager with proven experience across Tier‑1 traffic sources and an established partner network. Our team combines deep industry expertise, many years of hands‑on experience, and a strong professional network - making us ambitious, highly capable, and ready to scale. We need a professional who can build partnerships from scratch, scale high‑quality traffic, and strengthen our team with expertise and connections.

We are seeking a professional who has:

 • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing,

 • strong expertise in Tier 1 markets (preferably Europe),

 • solid experience working with FB, SEO, PPC, influence traffic and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the affiliate program across Tier 1 regions

• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic affiliate partnerships

• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)

• Represent the company at international industry events and conferences
