We are highly capable, data-driven, and ready for exponential growth - and we are now seeking an experienced Head of Analytics who will own our data strategy, drive business decisions through metrics, and lead our analytical team.

💡 How we work: You won’t have to build pipelines from scratch. We have a dedicated Data Engineer in the team to handle the heavy lifting. Your role is to guide the data architecture conceptually, while focusing heavily on what matters most: product metrics, business insights, and growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Metrics & Insights: Define, track, and analyze key business and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Data Strategy & Architecture: Guide how our data is structured and processed; work closely with our Data Engineer to design robust ETL/ELT workflows.
• Leadership & Execution: Lead and mentor our analytical team, ensuring high-quality analytical output.
• Data Democratization: Oversee the creation of actionable BI dashboards (reporting, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling) to help stakeholders make fast, data-driven decisions.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with the leadership team to translate complex analysis into strategic business recommendations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Expertise in Metrics: Strong, proven expertise in product and business metrics (specifically within iGaming/Gaming is a huge plus). You know exactly how to measure user behavior, LTV, retention, and monetization.
• High-Level Tech Understanding: Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes (we expect you to know how to build it and guide the process, though a Data Engineer will do the coding).
• Experience: 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts.
• Tech Stack (Conceptual & Practical): Advanced SQL, familiarity with BI tools, and web/product analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives.
• Languages: English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. Proficiency in Ukrainian will be a strong asset for smooth day-to-day collaboration.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational leadership of the marketing function.

• Development and execution of a global marketing strategy focused on Tier‑1 markets.

• Ownership of brand positioning and communication strategy to ensure consistency across all channels.

• Management of performance marketing, affiliate, SEO, SMM, CRM, and media buying teams.

• Building and optimizing acquisition funnels with focus on ROI, CAC, LTV:CAC ratio.

• Identification and scaling of new traffic channels, including programmatic, influencer, and emerging platforms.

• Deep analysis of marketing performance, customer lifecycle, and market trends; providing actionable insights.

• Collaboration with product, analytics, and business teams to maximize financial performance.

• Development of retention and loyalty strategies tailored to Tier‑1 audiences.

• Oversight of compliance and responsible marketing practices in regulated markets.

📊 Required Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in iGaming or FinTech.

• Proven track record of success in Tier‑1 markets.

• Strong expertise in traffic acquisition channels (ASO, PPC, FB, inApp, programmatic, SEO).

• Experience managing in‑house teams and external partners/agencies.

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns.

• Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs: deposits, ARPU, LTV, retention, fraud.

• English proficiency at C1+ level (mandatory); Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus for team collaboration.

• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution skills.

We’re looking for a data-driven Head of Retention to own CRM strategy, scale lifecycle flows, and turn player insights into sustainable revenue growth. If you combine strategic vision with hands-on execution - this is your stage.

🔥 What You Will Do 

• Own, design, and execute a high-performing global Retention & CRM roadmap to maximize LTV and player engagement.
• Build hyper-personalised player journeys, automated communication flows, and advanced segmentation across all key touchpoints.
• Launch, test, and optimize cutting-edge loyalty programs, bonus structures, and gamification mechanics.
• Relentlessly analyze funnels, cohort performance, churn rates, and player behavior to run high-impact A/B tests and unlock new growth channels.
• Lead, mentor, and scale our existing CRM/Retention team while staying close to daily execution and campaign performance.
• Partner closely with Product, BI, VIP, Affiliate, Marketing, and Finance to improve unit economics and increase repeat deposits.

• 5+ years of leadership in iGaming Retention / CRM with a track record of owning end-to-end retention strategies.
• Deep Hands-on Expertise in player lifecycle optimization, marketing automation, reactivation, and Churn Prevention.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Mastery of LTV metrics, cohort analysis, unit economics, and working with complex datasets.
• Tech-Savvy Background: Practical experience with modern CRM & BI tools (Smartico, Customer.io, Tableau, or similar) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Leadership & Execution: Ability to balance strategic growth planning with active hands-on campaign management.
• English: B1/B2 (confident professional communication).
