We are seeking a professional who has:

 • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing,

 • strong expertise in Tier 1 markets (preferably Europe),

 • solid experience working with FB, SEO, PPC, influence traffic and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the affiliate program across Tier 1 regions

• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic affiliate partnerships

• Strong expertise in traffic acquisition channels (ASO, PPC, FB, inApp, programmatic, SEO).

• Experience managing in‑house teams and external partners/agencies.

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns.

• Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs: deposits, ARPU, LTV, retention, fraud.

• English proficiency at C1+ level (mandatory); Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus for team collaboration.

• Architect and launch the Retention Department within the company, establishing its structure, processes, and strategic framework.
• Plan, execute, and control the internal marketing budget.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end initiatives to maximize user retention and reactivation across multiple GEOs.
