Junior+ / Middle PPC Specialist
AVELaunch Books is a team that creates non-fiction books end-to-end for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and thought leaders. We help experts turn their knowledge and experience into a structured, meaningful book - a tool for influence, trust, and business growth. We work deeply with each client: preserving their unique voice, building a strong narrative, and delivering a product that establishes authority in their field.
Now we are looking for a Junior+ / Middle PPC Specialist to help us manage paid advertising, mainly in Google Ads, work with analytics, test hypotheses, and improve lead generation.
About the role:
Your main focus will be Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, reporting, and lead cost improvement.
You will also work with ad creatives, video ideas, and content funnels, but we do not expect you to fully own the whole content marketing process. We are ambitious, not completely detached from reality.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid campaigns in Google Ads: mainly Search, plus basic Performance Max.
- Work with keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions, and campaign structure.
- Set up and check basic tracking: GA4, UTM tags, conversion goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics: CPL, CPA, CTR, CR, ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns: bids, structure, audiences, ads, and creatives.
- Prepare regular reports on paid advertising performance.
- Generate and test simple paid media hypotheses.
- Create clear briefs for ad banners and video creatives.
- Work with creatives for paid ads: banners, short videos, faceless videos.
- Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns together with the team, if needed.
Requirements:
- 1โ2+ years of experience in PPC / paid ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Search campaigns, keywords, negative keywords, and basic optimization.
- Basic or intermediate understanding of Performance Max.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, UTM tags, and goals.
- Understanding of key metrics: CPL, CPA, CTR, CR, ROAS.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and make simple, clear conclusions.
- Basic copywriting skills for ad texts.
- Ability to write clear briefs for designers or video editors.
- Attention to numbers, structure, and details.
- Ability to ask questions, work with feedback, and gradually take more ownership.
- Ukrainian โ fluent.
- English โ B1+.
Nice to have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with B2C, high-ticket products, or long sales cycles.
- Experience with content funnels or warm-up funnels.
- Experience with faceless videos or video creatives for paid ads.
- Experience working with designers, video editors, or other contractors.
- Experience with ad budgets from $2,000โ3,000/month.
