Reddit Specialist / Community Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Reddit Specialist who knows how to navigate the platform’s unique ecosystem. This role isn't about traditional "posting"—it’s about building trust, sparking discussions, and driving organic interest without looking like a typical advertiser.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Subreddit Engagement: Identifying and participating in relevant subreddits to build account authority and brand presence.
• Content Strategy: Creating platform-native content, including detailed text posts, high-value comments, and engaging AMAs.
• Organic Growth: Managing multiple accounts to drive traffic and engagement while strictly adhering to subreddit rules and "Reddiquette."
• Monitoring & Listening: Tracking brand mentions and industry keywords to jump into relevant conversations early.
• Reporting: Analyzing sentiment, reach, and conversion metrics from Reddit-sourced traffic.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience specifically managing Reddit accounts or marketing campaigns.
• English Proficiency: Level B2+ or higher. You must be able to write in a way that sounds natural, conversational, and "human"—Reddit users are very quick to spot (and reject) AI-sounding or overly formal text.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of how karma works, how to avoid shadowbans, and how to work with subreddit moderators.
• Availability: Full-time. You must be active and responsive during standard working hours.

Technical Requirements (Critical)

• Hardware: Personal laptop.
• Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet.
• Power Resilience: Must have an UPS or Power Station (e.g., EcoFlow, Bluetti) and a backup internet source to ensure constant uptime.
