Your Role

You will be responsible for bringing scripts to life through AI video generation and professional editing, focusing on the high-engagement, viral-style content we produce for our clients.

Requirements

• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut is a must. You should have a solid foundation in editing rhythms, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Technical Setup: You must have a reliable laptop and a fast, stable internet connection to handle AI rendering and media file management.
• Language: English level B1+ (sufficient for reading scripts, understanding instructions, and collaborating with the team).
• Experience: Previous experience as a video editor is mandatory. Any prior experience with AI video tools is a big plus, but not required.

We at aimash are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage our content publishing and leverage modern AI tools to streamline and optimize our content creation processes.

If you know your way around CMS platforms, have an eye for basic design, and love experimenting with AI technology, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Content Publishing: Regularly post, format, and manage articles on WordPress.
• Visual Creation: Occasionally create simple images, banners, and graphics for our content (using Canva or alternative tools).
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Help generate, refine, and optimize content using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs).

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• WordPress Experience: Proven track record of working with the WordPress admin panel (formatting, layout).
• Graphic Design Skills: Hands-on experience with graphic editors like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
• Experience with LLMs: Proficiency in working with Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI models (knowing how to write effective prompts is a big plus).
• English Proficiency: B1 or higher (ability to read, understand, and format English content effectively).
• Technical Setup: Your own laptop/PC and a highly stable, reliable internet connection.
