EverREST is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead who will help build marketing as a structured, data-driven system: from strategy, analytics, and channels to content, LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, and team coordination.

The right person should have a strong analytical mindset, be able to structure chaos, test hypotheses, make decisions based on data, and turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.

Experience in Salesforce, CRM, ERP, RevOps, SaaS, IT services, software consulting, or other complex B2B services would be highly relevant.

Mission

Build EverREST’s marketing function from scattered activities into a structured, measurable growth system that consistently supports sales pipeline generation in the Salesforce consulting market.

Key outcomes for the first 6 months

Within the first 6 months, this person should:

  • build marketing reporting and funnel visibility across channels;
  • define ICP, positioning, core messaging, and channel strategy;
  • launch and validate 2–3 lead generation channels;
  • create a repeatable content, case study, and founder brand system;
  • build a clear 6-month marketing roadmap with KPIs, priorities, and experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and analyze CPL/CAC across channels.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and channel comparison.
  • Create marketing strategies with clear goals, KPIs, channels, and roadmap.
  • Manage LinkedIn organic and paid activities.
  • Launch, test, and optimize cold email campaigns.
  • Work with content, case studies, and founder personal brand.
  • Research, test, and validate new marketing channels.
  • Manage Clutch, GoodFirms, AppExchange, and partnership activities.
  • Coordinate marketing, content, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Connect marketing activities with real business metrics: leads, pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Must-have

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or other complex B2B services.
  • Understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel.
  • Cold email experience: sequences, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance analysis.
  • Experience building analytics, dashboards, funnels, or marketing reports.
  • Experience creating marketing strategies, roadmaps, and channel plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset and system thinking.
  • Ability to structure chaos and work independently without micromanagement.
  • English for working with documents, email communication, and marketing materials.

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, RevOps, or Salesforce consulting companies.
  • AppExchange / Trailblazer experience.
  • Experience with Instantly, Apollo, MailForge, LinkedHelper, or similar tools.
  • Case study writing experience.
  • Event marketing experience.
  • Founder personal brand building.
  • People management or team coordination experience.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams.

Work format

  • Remote.
  • In-house role.
  • Preferably full-time, but we can consider a strong part-time candidate.
  • 2 interview stages.
  • Instead of a traditional test task, we would be happy to see examples of similar work: strategy, dashboard, campaign report, funnel, content plan, LinkedIn campaign, or cold email sequence.
